A fire was reported Monday, Feb. 6, at 9:03 a.m. by a tenant who lived at a small row of nine apartments owned by Todd Seibert that run between West Pearl and Boehringer streets on the block that is also bounded by Walnut and Main streets in Batesville. This is what the incident looked like at the beginning.
