Ron Hollowell opened the ceremony with an acoustic set. He had a great rapport with the crowd. "Here's a song by Tommy Enmanuel. Everyone knows Tommy!" Then the musician played a lightning fast tune and a rendition of "Somewhere Over the Rainbow."
